-ALL sales are final. No refund please make sure to order the correct size

-Please note that all returns are far same item exchange or alteration ONLY.
If you are not satisfied with the fit of your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition with 10 business days of arrival in exchange for a different size. Return must be unworn, unaltered, and be unwashed with all tags still attached. Returns must not be custom. We are not responsible for returning shipping costs.

-custom purchases are final. We offer alterations to customers that notify us within 10 business days from arrival.
-discount items are final. We do not offer returns, exchange or alterations on discount items

****IMPORTANT: we ask that you order the correct size when placing an order. if you are not sure about your size, use a measuring tape with inches to measure your bust, waist and hips. If your measurements do not correspond with our size chart, we highly recommend custom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
